An order is considered accepted only after we confirm:

* final price (and taxes, if applicable),
* delivery/pickup details (if applicable),

We may refuse or cancel an order in cases such as suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, non-availability, or inability to verify details.

* SDDS is not responsible for bank/gateway downtime or failures beyond our control.
7) Delivery, Shipping & Store Pickup (if applicable)
If SDDS offers delivery/shipping:
* Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, traffic, or supplier delays.
* Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to you (or to your nominated recipient) or upon pickup for store collection.
* You must check packaging and items at the time of delivery/pickup and report visible damage or mismatch immediately.
If you do not currently offer shipping, you can replace this section with:
“We currently do not offer online shipping. Purchases are available via store pickup or local delivery on confirmation.”
8) Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Because hardware products can be sensitive to installation, compatibility, and packaging, returns/exchanges (if allowed) may be subject to conditions.
Unless otherwise required by law, the following generally apply:
* No return/exchange for items that are installed/used, custom-cut, custom-made, or damaged after delivery.
* Returns/exchanges (if approved) must be in original packaging, with invoice, and unused condition.

* Any cancellation request must be made as early as possible; if the order is already dispatched/processed, cancellation may not be possible.

9) Warranty & Manufacturer Support
Most products sold by SDDS carry manufacturer warranty, if any. Warranty:

* may not cover wear & tear, misuse, water damage, electrical surges, or improper installation.
SDDS will assist in sharing the process, but final warranty approval rests with the manufacturer/service center.
10) Installation / Technical Guidance Disclaimer
Any guidance provided by our team (in store/phone/WhatsApp/website) is general in nature. You are responsible for:
* confirming compatibility with your site/door/frame/plumbing/electrical system,
* using qualified technicians/fitters where needed,
* following manufacturer instructions.
SDDS is not liable for issues caused by incorrect measurements, unsuitable selection, or improper installation.
11) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
* SDDS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential damages, or loss of profit/business arising from use of the website or products.
* Our liability, if any, will be limited to the amount paid for the specific product/service in question.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.
